Configuration

• Replaced the old digitalstorage.json configuration with a documented TOML configuration.
• Configuration options are now grouped and include descriptions, ranges, units, and examples where appropriate.
• Existing JSON configuration values are migrated automatically on first launch.
• The old JSON file is archived after a successful migration instead of being deleted.
• Added /digitalstorage reloadconfig for reloading the configuration without restarting the server.
• Invalid TOML reloads now keep the last valid runtime configuration instead of replacing it with broken values.

Server Performance

• Adjusted several default settings for new installations to reduce per-tick workload and prioritize server TPS stability.
• Hopper retry intervals are now more conservative.
• Migration scanning and persistence work are spread across more ticks.

Upgrade Notes

Existing server configuration values are preserved during migration. The new TPS-oriented defaults mainly affect fresh installations or settings that were not previously configured.
