Concept Of Magic, Battle And Technology (C.O.M.B.A.T.) or Combat for convenience is a mod that aims to adds a whole new sense of exploration to Minecraft. it introduces magic, adds new weapons so that you have a choice other than a sword, goes as far as reinventing the wheel and inventing something that would make life easier and fun that wasn't previously in the game and gives you the ability to finally be able to use controllers to play Minecraft. If you want more on the mods content, please refer to the mods wiki as all the information regarding on the mod is available there and if you want to suggest an idea for a future update, do so in the comments. I could probably add them as long as the idea exists within the mods theme. Well enough with the introductions, download, have fun and don't forget to check the wiki for more information :).

There's no end to what I'll add to the mod to as long as it's within the bounds of the theme (as long as it has something to do with magic, new or old technology and creating new battle experiences).

Q&A

Q: How Do I disable hypothermia

A: Go to the serverconfig folder in your saves, in combat.server.toml change toggle_temperature to false

Q: How do I use controllers

A: In the main menu, there's a button right above the accessibility options. Clicking that button will lead you  to the controller options screen and from there, select enable controllers. Use the "<<" and ">>" buttons to navigate between controllers 1 to 4. The controller will only work if Minecraft sees your controller as an Xbox 360 controller so if your not using one, you should either use steam to launch Minecraft or use an emulator

Q: Can I use this mod in a modpack

 A: Feel free to

NOTE: SOME FEATURES ARE EXPERIMENTAL. IF YOU SPOT A BUG, EVEN A NAMING ERROR, POINT IT OUT IN THE ISSUE TRACKER SO THAT I CAN FIX IT.
