Allows fully configurable way of un-stripping log in a vanilla+ style

Adds a fully configurable item letting you un-strip wood

You get wood bark when you strip a log/wood, you can right click with the bark on the log/wood to turn it into it's un-stripped variant. Fixes the issue of accidently stripping wood when building or during regular gameplay, as you can just reapply it. It can also be eaten or used as fuel.

The config is pretty self-explanatory but if you have any questions you can send me those on the discord.
