- Added stereo spatialization fix
- fixes resource pack and mod audio that incorrectly uses stereo files for in-world sounds by converting them to mono, so the sound engine can then correctly position it instead of always playing directly at the listener

Fixes:
- Changed how music disc sounds get detected, should now detect most music discs from other mods
- Fixed mono sounds being played behind the listener instead of in front, which may have caused some volume problems
