Fixed

• Iron's contextual mana bar now hides when the displayed mana is full even if equipment or shared-pool modifiers give the maximum a fractional value. The visibility check uses the same integer precision as Iron's mana packet and HUD, preserving held casting items and the Always/Never settings.
• Fixed the shared visibility predicate on both Forge 1.20.1 and NeoForge 1.21.1, so the XP bar returns when the contextual mana bar hides at the XP anchor.
• Both loaders use identical mana-visibility rules and regression cases. No config, network protocol, or save-format changes from 3.3.1.
