Actions of Stamina

Backup your AoS configs! Existing configs will not work anymore due to restructuring and refactoring

Features: Stamina for
-all weapon types (trident, hoe, mod weapons, ..)
-non weapons
-hand crank (Create)
-swimming
-wall jumping (Wall Jump!)
-crawling (Parcool)

Config:
-config refactoring
-option to stop regeneration for time-based actions

Fixes:
-fixes an incompat with Better Combat (player could still attack when hold to attack was enabled)
