Owl's Ultimate QoL

Today's update adds a bunch of new features mostly related to making more items and mobs available in superflat (wait, wasn't 1.2 already all about this?) as well as making your overall Minecraft experience a little better, as always. This is flat-out the best update ever! (pun totally intended):

- Villagers are now cured much faster in around 5 seconds
- You can now throw an echo shard at an inactive sculk shrieker to reactivate it, making it be able ot spawn the warden again
- Guardians and elder guardians now drop more prismarine shards
- You can now silk touch frogspawns, paths, farmland, infested blocks and cake
- White tulips now craft white dye instead of gray dye
- Added two new stones to the universal stones tag: sandstone and red sandstone
- Added a new smooth stones tag including stone, deepslate and blackstone
- More items can now be crafted with the universal stones stones: levers, dispensers, droppers, observers and pistons
- Items that required stone to craft can now use any item from the smooth stones tag: comparators repeaters and stonecutters
- You can now very rarely fish a heart of the sea, making them renewable
- Mobs can now get transformed without the lightning hurting them: lightning can be 7 blocks away instead of 5
- Added more lightning transformations: shulker to sculk shieker, sheep to goat, frog to rabbit, cat to ocelot, bat to parrot, trader llama to llama, wolf to fox, polar bear to panda and horse to zombie horse
- Illusioners now drop a budding amethyst and a frogspawn on top of their current loot table
- Any drowned holding a diamond sword now gets their diamond sword turned into a trident
- Poppies, pink tulips, dandelions and alliums can now be crafted into rose bushes, lilacs, sunflowers and peonies respectively when combined with a bone block
- Snowballs, splash potions, lingering potions, arrows, tipped arrows, spectral arrows, bottles o' enchanting, ender pearls, eggs, (small) fireballs (fire charge), tnt, dragon fireballs (dragon's breath), withers skulls (bones), eyes of ender, llama spit (slime) and shulker bullets (chorus fruit) now drop their respective items when they pass through cobweb, though tipped arrows just drop normal arrows for now.
- Drowneds that walk on top of sponges now get turned into husks and the sponge becomes wet
- Removed the crafting guides from the .txt file as they were redundant, and you can very well just download the images from the curseforge page
- Removed the quartz to amethyst blast furnace recipe
- Fixed the moss carpet to moss block recipe
