Owl's Ultimate QoL

A few new additions, nothing too special:
- You can now make netherrack using cobblestone, cobbled deepslate or blackstone plus a netherwart instead of only having the option to use cobblestone

- You can now make one paper from three bamboo in a straight horizontal line

- Cod and Salmon drop bones instead of bone meal

- The chance of bone meal dropping from tropical fish and pufferfish has been increased
