Owl's Ultimate QoL

This update probably took the longest to make out of all of the updates I've ever done to this data pack (I started working on it before 1.4 was even released) mainly due to the brand new potion system it introduces, with 48 standard potions as well as 14 special potions. I think it was worth the effort though since I'm really happy with the result (and I hope you are too). There's obviously other features included, such as trinkets (unique items with special uses) and enchantment transfering. Let's get into the details:

New Features

- A brand new potion brewing system, all the recipes are in the Images tab of the Curseforge page

- Fish guardians as junk when your bobber is at light level 0, allowing you to get prismarine in superflat

- More lightning transformations: cod to salmon, tropical fish to axolotl, glow squid to squid and pufferfish to dolphin

- Frost Walker II boots allow you to create ice without having to touch land beforehand, allowing for faster movement across oceans

- You can make beacons from copper, but not cut copper

- You can use copper ingots as a beacon payment item

- Equiping chainmail armor near bees makes them passive even if you hit them

- Throwing enchanted gear and a book on a grindstone transfers the enchantments from the gear to the book

- Added trinkets, unique items craftable by throwing ingredients on a smithing table:

- Magnet: make it using a copper ingot and a bottle o' enchanting. Hold it in your off hand to attract nearby items, experience orbs and arrows to you
- Lock: make it using an iron ingot and a copper ingot. Throw it on items to lock them, making them not pickupable or despawnable. You can pick them up using hoppers
- Float Boat: make it using an oak boat and a phantom membrane. Throw it on a liquid to place a boat that is not affected by gravity
- Frost Boat: make it using an oak boat and a blue ice block. Throw it on water to place a boat that essentially has frost walker, placing frosted ice below itself to go faster

- Cows that walk on red mushroom blocks or mycelium turn into mooshrooms
- Mooshrooms that walk on podzol turn the podzol into mycelium

Changes/Bug Fixes/Removals

- Piglin's ancient debris drop chance lowered

- Removed mycelium recipe
