Owl's Ultimate QoL

First big update of the year, this one isn't as big as 1.2 but still adds some pretty cool features. Here's the full list:

- Added a command to teleport to the Nether (/function dtp:tpnether) (This one can sometimes spawn you over lava or in a block, just do the command again while still in the Nether. It's a bug but I have no idea how to fix it)

- Added a command to teleport to the main End island (/function dtp:tpend)

- Added a command to teleport to the outer End islands (/function dtp:tpendouterislands)

- More mobs can be converted using lightning. Guardians become elder guardians, allays become vexes, piglins become piglin brutes and evoker become illusioners)

- Sponges are now renewable because of elder guardians being respawnable by hitting a guardian with lightning

- Piglins are more generous while bartering, boosting the minimum and maximum amount a piglin can give per barter for most items

- You can now craft 2 warped stems with 9 chorus fruit or 2 warped planks with 4 chorus fruit, allowing you to get wood in the end

- Fixed a bug where normal glass and normal glass panes not being useable to craft stained glass

- Added a cheaper chain recipe using 3 iron nuggets, the original recipe now gives 8 chains

- Illusioners now have a new loot table full of goodies, including a petrified oak slab which can only be obtained from the illusioner

From here on out, most new features will be creative features similar to being able to strike some mobs with lightning to transform them. I've added most recipes and loot table changes that I wanted to add, and while there may still be new changes regarding those things, they will be on the rarer side. See you next update!
