Owl's Ultimate QoL

There's no better way to end the year than with a new update! There's a whole slew of new additions, mostly related to making items obtainable in superflat worlds and making features more universal, as the name of the update suggests. Here's the full list:

- Villager prices are the same for everyone, meaning that if one player hurt or cured a villager, all other players will see higher or lower prices respectively

- Villagers no longer have a restock limit per day of two, and restock as long as they can access their workstation

- Vanilla tags are now formatted differently so that this pack can be compatible with other data packs that change the vanilla tags as well

- You can now dye wool, carpet, beds, terracotta, glazed terracotta, candles, stained glass, stained glass panes, concrete powder and concrete powder no matter its original color. For wool and beds, you have to use one dye for one item and for the rest, surround the dye with the item you want to dye

- You can now unpack honeycomb blocks into 4 honeycomb

- All glass blocks and panes now break faster with pickaxes

- You can now craft coal with two charcoal and two black dye with one coal

- The loot table for cat gifts now includes more common phantom membranes, snowballs, cocoa beans, sweet berries and turtle eggs.

- You can now craft mushroom blocks from a 3x3 of the respective mushroom

- Goats now drop mutton

- Wardens now drop echo shards and disc fragments on top of the usual catalyst, making the disc fragments renewable

- Glow Berries can now be crafted from sweet berries and a glow ink sac. It must not taste very good ! :P

- You can now fish bamboo from any biome instead of only in jungles

- You can now blast quartz for amethyst shards

There are some additions that I may remove in the future due to them not really making sense, but nothing too major:

- Craft mycelium from a red mushroom, a brown mushroom and a grass block

- Craft glow lichen from a mushroom, a vine, and a glow ink sac

- Craft a powder snow bucket from a water bucket and a snow block
