Owl's Ultimate QoL

It's been a while since the last update, and since then I've learned to use tags (basically a way to group blocks in items). I've made a few changes regarding these and added a few new recipes as well. Here's the full list of new features:

- You can now turn blocks of amethyst back into 4 amethyst shards

- You can now turn 3 moss or wool carpets back into a full block

- You can now dupe flowers by combining a flower with one bone meal in the crafting table

- You can now smelt prismarine to get dark prismarine

- You can now combine hanging roots and one dirt to make rooted dirt

- (Tags) You can now turn grass, mycelium and podzol into mud directly

- (Tags) You can now craft coral blocks using a 2x2 formation of a mix of coral and coral fans

- (Tags) End native and rare blocks are now immune to the dragon

- (Tags) Stone, deepslate, diorite, andesite, granite, tuff, basalt and end stone can now be used to craft everything cobblestone, cobbled deepslate and blackstone can (furnaces, stone tools, etc)
