Owl's Ultimate QoL

Here's a very small update that fixes a bug and changes a drop rate
- Fixes the file structure and makes the data pack useable without unzipping

- Makes apples twice as common from oak and dark oak leaves (one in every 100 blocks instead of one in 200)
