WATI Core

A universal identifier, recipe, use and acquisition registry for compatible Minecraft Bedrock add-ons.

WATI Core — What Are These IDs?

WATI Core 2.0.0 is the second official generation of the universal interoperability registry for Minecraft Bedrock add-ons.

It allows compatible consumers to identify the real source of an item, block or entity and retrieve normalized names, recipes, ingredient uses and known acquisition methods.

WATI Core does not add gameplay content and does not include the referenced third-party add-ons.

For add-on creators

WATI includes:

  • Lookup Protocol v1
  • Codex Protocol v2
  • WATI Catalog Schema v1
  • JSON Schemas for catalog contributions
  • A copy-in consumer SDK
  • WATI Catalog Builder for local add-on analysis

Catalog Builder processes selected packs locally in the browser. It does not upload third-party add-ons to a server.

Catalogued projects

WATI includes normalized metadata for Minecraft and multiple public or privately tested add-ons. See the project links and exact analyzed versions in the GitHub THIRD_PARTY_SOURCES.md file.

The referenced projects are not bundled with WATI. A catalog entry does not imply affiliation, endorsement, partnership or official support.

Privacy and third-party scope

WATI Core does not redistribute third-party packs, scripts, textures, models, interfaces, audio, original recipe files or original directory structures.

Recipe and acquisition entries use WATI's own normalized interoperability format.
