With this addon you can have a little more difficulty in your survival world thanks to the implementation of a new boss called Hydra, it is a very powerful mythological entity with 3 heads and a wide variety of abilities that will be a challenge to defeat.

You must download the System Hydra BP file for the addon's behavior, and then the System Hydra RP file for the addon's textures. These two files are required for the addon to work properly.

Hydra Heart
In this update, Hydra Hearts were added. These items are hard to obtain and can only be acquired by killing hydras, with a 25% chance of dropping. They can be used to craft powerful items.
Hydra Potions

Hydra Totems
We also have the Hydra Totems — powerful and useful items in combat. These items can grant you abilities that will give you an advantage during battle.
They grant you permanent effects just by holding them in your off-hand. Their crafting is a bit complex, but it’s absolutely worth it. Among the effects these items provide are:
Poison Hydra Totem
As shown in the image, this item grants you immunity to Poison, Jump Boost II, and Regeneration II — all of which are permanent as long as you have it in your off-hand.
Electric Hydra Totem
This item grants you Immunity to the Weakness effect, Resistance II, and Regeneration II — all of which are permanent as long as you have it in your off-hand.
Fire Hydra Totem
his item grants you Night Vision II, Fire Resistance II, and Regeneration II — all of which are permanent as long as you have it in your off-hand.
Ice Hydra Totem
This item grants you Immunity to the Slowness effect, Speed II, and Regeneration II — all of which are permanent as long as you have it in your off-hand
To craft these powerful items, you’ll need to use the crafting table and the materials shown in the image. You must use the hydra parts depending on the type of totem you want — the type of hydra required will vary accordingly

- New Items
Hydra Saddled In this update, the Hydra Saddled was added. This saddle will allow you to ride the Hydras. To obtain it, you will need to craft it using the following recipe. You can use different variants of scales for crafting.
Hydra Tamed Amulet This item will allow you to tame Hydras. To obtain it, you must craft it at the crafting table. You can use different variants of eyes for crafting.
This item will allow you to tame Hydras. To do so, you must defeat a Hydra, and when it is on the ground, give it the amulet so it will obey you.
Hydra Chest Mechanic You can also add chests to your Hydra’s inventory. Simply have a regular chest and place it in the second slot of the Hydra's inventory. This way, you'll have extra slots to store items.

Hydra Eyes
Starting from version 1.3, defeating Hydras will grant you Hydra Eyes. With a 40% chance of obtaining them, you can use them to craft a very powerful potion.
Hydra Fang
This item can be obtained by defeating Hydras, with a 40% chance of dropping upon slaying one. It will be useful for crafting a very powerful potion.
Hydra Flesh
Additionally, starting from this version, defeating Hydras will grant you Hydra Meat. You can eat it raw or cook it. Eating it raw will restore 2.5 hunger bars.
When cooked and eaten, it will restore a total of 6 hunger bars. You can obtain between 4 to 8 pieces of Hydra Meat upon defeating a Hydra.
Potion Hydra Slayer
The Hydra Slayer Potion is a powerful item that you can craft using the previously mentioned materials. It grants high-level potion effects that will greatly aid you in combat against powerful mobs:

To craft this item, you must go to the crafting table and arrange the following items as shown in the image. You can swap the eyes and scales for their variant elements.

Hydra Death Anim
In this version a new animation was added for the hydra, when killing it the death animation will be executed that will give more quality to the complement and after a few seconds it will disappear and release its loot
Hydra Items
Hydra Scale
By killing the hydra you can obtain its skin, with a probability of 80% of obtaining it, the color of the skin will vary depending on the type of hydra you killed, whether fire, poison, ice or electricity, this will be very important in future versions of the addon.
Hydra Pickaxe
Using the scales of the wyverns you can make tools, among them is the hydra scale pickaxe, which also varies depending on the type.
Hydra Sword
You can also make swords that will have different abilities depending on the type of scale you use when crafting the weapon. These are divided into 3 levels, varying their durability, damage and skill level.
To make each type of level of swords you will need many hydra scales which are not at all easy to get, since the battle with a hydra is very complicated
Hydra Armor
You can also have 4 types of armor that vary in color depending on the type of scale you use to craft it, it is superior armor to diamond armor with much more durability
Each armor, depending on the type of scale you use to create your armor, will have a special effect when wearing it that will give you advantages only if you have the complete set
-Function🔨
The addon adds a total of 4 hydra variants that are differentiated by their spawn locations and also by some different attacks and effects that the player will receive if they hit it, among the variants are Posion Hydra normally spawns in swamps, Electric Hydra usually appear in plains biomes, Fire Hydra, this is a strange variation of the hydra that only appears in the Nether, and finally Ice Hydra, which usually appears only in cold biomes.
It is important that you take into account the types of attacks that the Hydras have for combat against the player, this way you will be more prepared when it comes to combat against this fearsome boss
Melee Attack
The melee attack is the most common but that does not mean it is the weakest, on the contrary, since the hydra will not always use a single head for this attack, it can vary between a single head attack and up to 3 heads together, the damage of the attack with the 3 heads is lethal.
Ranged Attack
The ranged attack will be activated if the player is within a certain number of blocks from the Hydra, this will depend on whether the Hydra considers that it is quite far away, then it will launch its projectile with a negative effect if it hits you directly, the head with which it fires can vary. projectile will not always be the same.
Stomp Attack
The stomp attack is one of the attacks that the Hydra will perform if it receives a certain amount of hits, elevating the player to the heavens and causing a lethal fall. It is advisable to go with a feather fall to avoid this attack.
Roar Attack
Upon receiving a certain amount of hits, the Hydra will send you flying using its powerful roar, causing the target to fall hard and cause quite considerable damage.
