Description

This is an add-on that adds 22 various unique armor sets and 11 weapons with the inspirational look from the soulsborne genre, real life creations, and my own imagination. Mainly with exquisite knight looks; purely made with care and patience, and accompanied with custom crafting materials. They aren't just for show, they are made to be earned. High-risk—high-rewards.

Formerly "Soulslike Armoury Collection"

Warning: This is a very hardcore add-on, and may frustrate new-comers that plays with a casual playstyle. This add-on, is not for the casual players, you may complain and be annoyed why the items are very hard to obtain. And that frustration is intentional, because the reward makes the hardship more meaningful. Caution is very much advised.

There are many mods and add-ons out there that provides armors from their own imagination or based on other outside games. I was inspired, heavily. So I created this small hobby project of mine that adds armorsets with the inspirational look from different soulsborne games, mainly Elden Ring and Dark Souls.

Link towards XR's Maleficent Bestiary

Note: When used alongside XR’s Maleficent Bestiary, additional craftable content and progression paths become available in Survival Mode, expanding the overall gameplay experience. This add-on is fully playable as a standalone experience; however, pairing it with XR’s Maleficent Bestiary acts as an optional expansion, unlocking extra content similar to a DLC.

[Epoch, Dark Flames]

BC 862 - BC 1157, The Age of Blacksteel.

• During this period, many nations and blacksmiths was form. Because of the wither, the nether star was experimented and was enhanced further than it could reach.

Nether Star » Enhanced Nether Star » Advanced Nether Star » Immortality Star

This sparked I wild world controversy, which created various factions that disputes each other's beliefs whether they should exist or they shall be removed. This was the era of preparation of war.

Many sovereigns and factions were formed. These include the Kingdom of Sanguine, Malevolent Brigade, Tsardom of the Holy Sword, the Flamabyss, the Skykingdom of Greed, the Indomitable's Sovereign, Nameless Bloods, and the Kingdom of Warmonger.

BC 1158 - BC 1681, The Infiltration of Demonaria.

• An alternate reality, opened a rift using dark matter. The Archdemonites had entered Earth. They are unknown beings and lives in what they call, the Dark World of Embers.

An alternate reality simply means a mirrored world, which includes the opposition of themselves. For instance, Sanguines opposes Dark Sanguines.

They are predicted by the Flamabyssals to come, which other nations ignored. Thus, the only ones who knows the fate of the Universe.

Also known as the Long War. During this time, conflicts between the alternates and the nations had begun to increase, causing the creation of the Wither Storm.

BC 1682 - BC 1702, the Extinction.

• During this timeline, the Wither Storm was made. It devastated all of Earth and was the cause of the internal and external suffering of all livings that inhabit both alternates and the originals, making them decay to death.

The wither storm simply annahilated all nations that come forth to annahilate it, but some was also annahilated without doing anything.

The wither storm died because of the lack of blocks and livings to consume, falling down to the coastals of the destroyed Sanguine sovereign.

In total, an approximate amount of seven billion livings were erased from Earth and the Dark World. Despite this, one standing soldier survived. He is known as the mythical Last Soldier, the one who provided the supposed to be destroyed recipes of armor blacksmithing. He is the one who provided it to continue the legacy of the epoch, Dark Flames.

BC 1703 - Present, Age of Renaissance

This was the mark of a new life and a new beginning. The few livings who survived made it back to produce another spring of life, thus—Minecraft.

This introduces a range of custom armor sets and weapons that grant powerful enhancements far beyond standard Netherite gear. These armors significantly increase the resistance of the wearer according to the item's name color (e.g., common/uncommon/rare/epic/legendary —which has a light red color). Keep in mind that a full set is required for buffs and effects. To add more, this also adds a variety of weapons that you can choose from. Additionally, some armors even boost health, grants speed, regeneration, and more—giving you the upper hand in the most brutal situations.

However, with great power comes with great effort. Each armor piece is only craftable using a furnace (for some crafting materials) or a standard crafting table—each armor pieces requires rare custom materials that can only be obtained through serious dedication.

FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH PIXELEDDOKI'S MINCED COMBAT!

You may find yourself blast furnacing an iron ingot, but with extreme dedication, you will progress and rise to the top as the new limit for others.

Each equipment require many custom materials and previous armor pieces, which means this is a progressive type of add-on. As I said, they're not just for show— they're made to be earned.

These items from this add-on are extremely hard to get, so maybe get ready for some time-consuming extra-extra-extra grinding. Why? It's because let's just say.. they're kinda overpowered, especially the final armors/end-game armors that makes damage deal absolutely nothing.

Armor Upgrades?

Yes! but for end-game armors only since it's gonna make them super overpowered! The upgrades are called stacking templates, they are similar to the regular netherite upgrade smithing templates but they include amazing buffs for two specific armor sets, y'all discover them in-game! An armorpiece or stackable armorpiece can be combined with a certain type of soul stacking template and a netherite ingot. It will result on an increased count of that same type of armorpiece.templates

Any armor weaknesses?

Yes, worn armors in this add-on generally only have one weakness other than physical damage; and that is magic damage. So pack-up them splash potions 'n tip arrows when you're going against armored players! And also yes, item forms of armors in this add-on have several major weaknesses just like regular items, even end-game armors.

🛡️ Resistance Amplifier-based Damage Redundancy System:

How does it work?

The system works via scripting. To put it simply, armor absorbs damage for you. The better one's armor is wearing, the less damage one takes. Damage Reduction scales off with the Resistance Amplifier of complete armor sets. Remember, the chestplate is always the initiator. If one doesn't have any of the mid-late game-tiered XR's S.K.A. chestplate equipped, the damage reduction system does not happen and fails.

What is an Amplifier?

An amplifier determines how intense a chosen or certain effect is affecting an entity. In this case, it intensifies the Resistance effect.

How much damage absorption via percentage does a resistance-amplified armor give?
Resistance I - Amplifier 0 - Blocks 20% of damage
Resistance II - Amplifier 1 - Blocks 40% of damage
Resistance III - Amplifier 2 - Blocks 60% of damage
Resistance IV - Amplifier 3 - Blocks 80% of damage
Resistance V - Amplifier 4 - Blocks 100% of damage (Invincibility)
Does it protect against everything?

Yes! Block explosions, entity attacks, contact attacks, and even damages via command. The only exception is void damage.

Do you need a full set?

No, but it helps a ton. Chestplate alone gives decent reduction, full set gives the absolute maximum protection.

How does one's armor get damage reduction?

One must explicitly wear a chestplate from the XR's S.K.A. armor sets. The more armor pieces you wear, the better the protection. Full sets give the best protection.
