🛡️ Forward-compatibility hardening (no player-facing change)

A behind-the-scenes robustness pass — same 22 programs, same colour-coded menu, same per-player cooldowns and auto-expiry. This release makes HAARP tougher against future Hytale updates:

• Early warning if a future Hytale build moves the weather API. On startup HAARP now checks every engine method it relies on and logs a precise message naming anything that's missing — so a break is caught at load time, not mid-command.
• Self-healing reflection. If a future update merely renames an internal method, HAARP re-finds it automatically by its signature and keeps working.

✅ Verified

• Confirmed to run on the current live Hytale build, and checked against the Update 6 pre-release — every engine call HAARP makes is present and unchanged on both.

Upgrading: drop the new HAARP-3.2.6.jar into your Mods folder and delete the old one. No config changes — your haarp_config.json is untouched.
