ZTV Group Commander

ZTV Group Commander is built for raid leaders who run organized groups for world PvP, war mode raids and events. It lets you see your whole raid at a glance, give every group a job, and tell everyone where they belong with one click.
Features
Group overview
- All 8 raid groups shown in the same order as WoW’s raid layout, with class colors and tank/healer/damage tags.
- Healer coverage: any group without a healer is marked NO HEALER, and healers are highlighted so they’re easy to spot.
- Balance Healers moves healers automatically so every group has at least one.
Roles and assignments
- Give each group a role: Scout, Reconnaissance, Breaching, Assault, Defense, Support, Flank, Reserve, or roles you add yourself.
- Give individual players their own role, which overrides their group’s role.
- Click players to swap or move them between groups.
Raid communication
- Announce: posts every group’s role and members to raid chat (or raid warning).
- Whisper All: whispers each player their group number and role.
- Healer Check: posts which groups still need a healer.
- Players running the addon get an on-screen banner: “You are in Group 3 – Role: Breaching.”
- Group announcements only go out when you’re the raid leader, so assists can’t spam the raid.
Raid awareness
- Offline Announce: a toggle that posts in raid chat when someone disconnects. Right-click it to post everyone who’s offline right now.
- A player’s row lights up when they talk in chat. Hover over the row to see what they said.
- Blizzard-silence detection: players who are Blizzard-silenced, and stop you from relisting in Group Finder, flash red so you know who to remove.
Raid management
- Right-click a player to remove them with a reason (for example, “removed for not fighting”) that’s posted to the raid.
- Add, remove or restore the list of remove reasons.
Quality of life
- A modern window you can move and resize.
- Opens from the minimap addon menu or with
/zgc. - Settings are saved account-wide, so they’re the same on every character.

Notes
- Moving players and Balance Healers need raid leader or assist, and only work out of combat.
- WoW doesn’t let addons check whether another player is silenced. Players are confirmed as silenced when they report it themselves through the addon or a system message names them. Otherwise they’re flagged as likely silenced, based on who joined after your last good Group Finder listing.
