    Overhaul of the Gathering features.
    The old method of collecting the XP gained and showing averages is outdated now. Level scaling equalized it all so you get static XP for gathering, based on your level. Those are the values used now.

    Improves the estimated counts shown in the tooltip, for unknown mobs.
    Also adds a "~" in front of estimated values, to visually separate estimates from recorded data.

    Greatly improves the way mob XP values are handled for tooltip estimates.
    In the past pretty much all mobs of the same level and classification would share an XP value. Now it seems we have a lot of varying XP values being returned for normal mobs of the same level, especially at high levels. This change accounts for that, so once you kill a mob it will accurately reflec it's XP value in tooltip estimates if it differs from the standard formula.
