Various retail-only features hidden while running on Classic.
Kill estimates shown in Classic will now always be accurate.
Fixes a bug in Classic causing the addon to ignore mobs at 5 levels below you.

    Replaces "estimated" XP values for known mob levels with actual observed values. This corrects some of the more inaccurate estimates I've seen, and allows easier tuning of estimates going forward.
