Xiion's Cooldown Sound Manager 1.3.1
This update completes support for all native Cooldown Manager alert event types and includes a major reliability pass for Midnight's protected cooldown and aura systems.

Charge Gained
- Charge Gained now uses Blizzard's native per-charge scheduler
- Sounds now play for each individual charge returned
- Multi-charge abilities correctly alert at each restored charge instead of only when all charges are full
- Removed direct charge-count tracking from XCSM
Aura Alerts
- Aura Applied now uses Blizzard's final native aura-applied alert edge
- Aura Removed now uses Blizzard's final native aura-removed alert edge
- Pandemic now uses Blizzard's native pandemic timing and final alert edge
- XCSM no longer needs to inspect aura timing, aura instance data, or duration values directly
Cooldown Reliability
- Improved Cooldown Available behavior in Mythic+, Delves, and dungeon content
- Improved On Cooldown reliability in protected combat environments
- Added safe fallback handling for situations where Blizzard does not schedule the normal Available alert edge
Safety / Stability
- Removed legacy charge-count comparisons
- Removed direct aura timing reads
- Removed custom Blizzard alert payload mutation
- Avoided protected cooldown duration object reads
- Avoided frame-pool Acquire hooks
- Reduced interaction with secret/protected combat values
Debugging
The following optional diagnostic commands remain available:

All diagnostics are disabled by default.
Validation
All six alert types were tested individually in live gameplay, including:
- Open world
- In combat
- Follower dungeons
- Delves
- Mythic+
No Lua errors were observed with the final 1.3.1 implementations.
