Create Capture, safer protected-action logging, and a desktop bug-reports archive.

Create Capture (Snip)

• /wowbug snip opens a pin-style Create Capture dialog
• Drag a red crop region, optional title, required description
• Publish takes a full-client screenshot and queues it for the desktop bridge
• Copy report uses the same Ctrl+C dialog as Lua error reports (/wowbug copycapture)
• Description/title typing fixed (keyboard no longer blocked by the overlay)

Desktop bridge

• Archives captures under %LOCALAPPDATA%\WoWBUG\bug-reports\captures (image + .md/.json)
• Archives Lua digests under %LOCALAPPDATA%\WoWBUG\bug-reports\errors
• After Publish: /reload, then run scripts/wowbug-bridge.ps1

Protected actions

• Captures Blizzard “blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI” dialogs
• ADDON_ACTION_FORBIDDEN / BLOCKED via events plus a StaticPopup_Show backup hook
• Sack detail and Copy AI include a Why this happened section

Also included

• Copy AI, mute rules, CSV/JSON export, sack filters, session scopes
• Replaces !BugGrabber and BugSack; works standalone (optional WoWGPT / WoWSuite)
