Description
Hover any item and WhatFor tells you what it is for — which recipes need it as a reagent, and which quests want it turned in.
Every line shows the icon of the crafted item, the profession and the required skill level. Quest lines show the quest ID so you can look it up.
- 1868 recipes across all 10 professions, covering 559 reagents
- 3851 quests covering 3598 quest items
- Hold Shift to expand the full list on common reagents
- Also learns recipes from your own professions, including ones taught by scrolls
- No dependencies, no configuration, plays nice with other tooltip addons
Commands: /whatfor for status, /whatfor item <id> to look up an item from chat, /whatfor off to disable.
