WatchDog — Report players the game won’t let you reach.
Short description (for CurseForge / Wago / etc.)
Report Player on chat name menus + a match roster window for gameplay sabotage. Opens Blizzard’s own report dialog. No config.
Full description
WatchDog fills two gaps in Blizzard’s reporting UI:
- Chat name menus Right-click a player’s name in chat and you finally get a proper Report Player entry. The report is tied to the actual chat line, so Blizzard receives the offending message along with the name.
- Match roster window (/wd or keybind) For the far more common case of gameplay sabotage: the person who threw the match said nothing, is dead, out of range, or on the other team or leaves before you can target them. While you’re in an arena, Solo Shuffle, or battleground the addon quietly builds a roster from every useful source (party/raid, arena units, teammates’ targets, nameplates, scoreboard). Entries accumulate and are never removed until the next match starts, so a teammate from three rounds ago is still there when you want them. Click a name → Report. The window stays open and refreshes itself; Escape closes it; position is remembered.
Both paths open Blizzard’s native report dialog. There is nothing to configure and nothing protected — the addon only opens the same UI the game already uses.
Works on Retail 12.0+
