Warband Stables

A 3D showroom for your mounts, pets and character. Pick your favourites, stage them against a backdrop, light them, pose them, and save the scene as a preset you can come back to or share with friends.

Open it with /ws, the Warband Stables tab in the Collections window, or the minimap button.

The Showroom

• Up to 5 mounts, 10 pets and your own character on one stage, as live 3D models.
• Three formations: Line-up, Circle, and Creative, where you place every model yourself.
• Creative tools: drag to move, turn, tilt and resize any model. Advanced mode adds a move/rotate gizmo with world or local axes and exact typed values for position, angle and size.
• Animations per model: stand, walk, run, fly, fly idle and each mount's special, plus emotes for your character (dance, wave, cheer, bow, salute, cast a spell and more). Set a playback speed or turn on the turntable.
• Sizes: True Size, Balanced or Matched, so a tiny pet and a giant drake can share a stage.
• Front and back: bring a model forward or send it back without changing how it looks on screen.
• Undo and redo for every change (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y).

Scenes and Lighting

• Backdrops from loading screens across recent expansions, a clean Studio, or your own TGA or BLP images. Fit, anchor, dim and blur them.
• Lighting presets (Studio, Golden Hour, Moonlight, Fel, Void, Rim, Underlight), or build your own from ambient, key light and sky colours, with the light's direction and brightness.
• Soft shadows under each model's feet, which disappear while it flies. Force one on or off per model.
• Spotlight for a pool of light under the models and darker edges.
• Screenshot Mode hides everything but the stage.

Presets

• Everything is a preset. Save as many stages as you like, rename them, reorder them by dragging, and see when each was last saved.
• New starts from your top favourites.
• Share any stage as a text string. Friends import it and see your exact scene. Mounts they don't own show as not yet unlocked, and one click adds them to their wishlist.
• Kiwi's Fav and Kiwi's Aquatic, the author's own Creative stages, come with the addon as your first presets.

Your Collection

• Browse mounts and pets with search and your favourites first (shared with Blizzard's journals). A details panel shows type, family, rarity, faction, level and each look, with drag-to-action-bar and a random-favourite summon.
• Mount rarity: see what share of collectors own each mount, from Data for Azeroth (via the MountsRarity library).
• Mount Equipment: drop an item on the details panel to apply it.
• Wishlists for mounts and pets.
• Celebrations: a toast for every new mount or pet, and for a completed wishlist. Open any one on its own with a shareable card.
• Right-click menus in Blizzard's Mount and Pet Journals add "Show in Warband Stables". You can also have the Mount Journal open Warband Stables instead.

Make It Yours

• Accent colour: your class colour by default, or any colour you pick.
• Panel opacity, nameplates with rarity, and your character's name with realm and class colour, each on or off.

Details

• Retail only, built for patch 12.1.5.
• English only for now.
• Slash commands: /ws or /stables to open and close, /ws reset to put the layout and settings back to default (your favourites, wishlists and presets are kept).
