# vanThosBuffReminder

**Never pull without your buffs again.** vanThosBuffReminder shows a clear, animated icon when one of your selected buffs is missing or about to run out, and tells you what to do about it. Built for **WoW Forever** and its combat restrictions.

## Features

### Buff reminders for every class
- Pick the buffs you care about from a list for all nine classes: shields, armors, aspects, auras, seals, blessings, shouts, poisons, weapon imbues and more.
- Buffs from other classes (Fortitude, Mark of the Wild, Arcane Intellect, Blessings ...) can be tracked too, with optional group filters: only remind while grouped, or only when a player of that class is in your group.
- **Consumables:** scrolls, elixirs (including the new Forever elixirs), flasks, food buffs, camp benefits and more. The addon checks the active effect on you, never your bags.

### Expiry warnings
- Optional early warning before a buff runs out (1 to 15 minutes, never earlier than the last 20% of the buff).
- The icon animates calmly while the buff is still running, faster in its last minute, and at full strength once it is missing. A thin bar under the icon shows the time left.

### Weapon effects
- Missing or expiring oils and sharpening/weight stones on any class.
- Rogue poisons: low duration or low charges per weapon.
- Mage scroll imbues by level.

### Spell ranks and action bars
- **Rank outdated:** you learned a higher rank, but your bar still holds the old one.
- **Not on bar:** a newly learned spell is on none of your action bars (with ignore list).
- The bar button with the old rank, the button that recasts a missing buff, and the new rank in your spellbook light up so you know exactly what to drag where. Works with Blizzard bars, Bartender4, Dominos and ElvUI.

### Comfortable to use
- Mouseover on a reminder explains what to do. Right-click snoozes it for 10 minutes, Shift + right-click hides it until fixed.
- Twelve animation styles, three colors, icon only or icon with text, freely movable, scalable settings window.
- Minimap button (also works with minimap button collectors via LibDBIcon): left-click settings, right-click About / Help.
- **18 languages:** English, Deutsch, Français, Español (ES/MX), Italiano, Português (BR), Nederlands, Svenska, Greek, Polski, Türkçe, Українська, Русский, 한국어, 日本語, 简体中文, 繁體中文.

## Combat limitation
WoW Forever protects aura and weapon data during combat. To avoid false alarms, all checks pause in combat and while dead, and resume right after. The reminder is meant for the moments **before** the pull.

## Commands
- `/vtbr` opens the settings
- `/vtbr test` shows a labeled preview, `/vtbr move` lets you move the reminder
- `/vtbr unsnooze` shows snoozed reminders again
- `/vtbr help` lists all commands, including diagnostics (`/vtbr status`, `/vtbr diagnose`, `/vtbr ranks` ...)
