FIXED:
- Fixed profession window disappearing at crafting table. Guild data updates
  could trigger a background recipe scan that hijacked the active tradeskill
  session. All scan paths now track whether VGC initiated the profession
  open, so player-initiated crafting sessions are never interrupted.
