Vamooses Guild Crafter

ADDED:
- Expansion dropdown next to the profession picker in the Crafters tab.
  After loading a profession, pick an expansion to narrow the recipe list
  (newest expansions listed first); it combines with the search box and
  the "Known by guild crafters" toggle.

FIXED:
- Crafters tab button no longer overlaps another addon's launcher (e.g. Guild
  Roster Manager) in the Guild & Communities side-tab column. VGC now detects
  buttons already in the column and stacks beneath the lowest one, re-checking
  each time the frame opens (so it works regardless of addon load order).
- Fixed a "secret number value" menu error in protected content. Guild
  roster and crafter details the game marks as protected (zone, online
  status, professions of other players) are now treated as unknown instead
  of flowing into the UI, where they could crash menu layout.
