-First Release for The Burning Crusade Classic (BCC)

This is going to be a work in progress, as it will take me some
time to add every sketchy NPC/mechanic/object in outland.

-Added all Elite NPC's for for Hellfire Peninsula, Zangarmarsh,
Nagrand, Shadowmoon Valley, Terokkar Forest, Netherstorm &
Blade's Edge Mountains.
-Added Localization in German, Spanish, French, Portuguese,
Chinese, Korean & Russian for all Elite NPC's in Hellfire Peninsula,
Zangarmarsh, Nagrand, Shadowmoon Valley, Terokkar Forest,
Netherstorm & Blade's Edge Mountains.
-Updated Unit Information for TBC
-Added support for TBC Alliance & Horde Profiles
-Fixed a tiny savedvariable issue

Be mindful in TBC, it's still a work-in-progress and i will add
dangerous npcs & mechanics as i discover them myself and
as other players report them to me.
