-Changed feature:
While in a dungeon or raid, any party members in combat will
now also prevent our unit frame from showing up, to further
reduce screen cluttering while in combat
-Fixed behaviour:
Switching between targets of the same unit type, will no longer
unnecessarily redraw the unit frame for a cleaner overall animation
