Critical Fix

• Fixed: a real bug where the item response notification sound could briefly spike your entire game's volume, not just play its own sound — the "volume slider" used to work by directly setting the game's actual Master Volume CVar for ~2 seconds around the notification, so if it was set higher than your real master volume at the time, everything got audibly louder for a moment. Removed entirely: the slider is now a straight mute threshold (0 = silent, anything above plays at your existing Master volume, untouched) instead of faking fine control by touching real game-wide audio settings.
