Allow custom sync timestamps for Tombstones and Engravings via slash commands.
Only sync Tombstones of same faction and not bad karma.
Add option to remove Tombstones and Engravings login add-on messages.
Remove ghost proximity flavor text. Zone danger % fulfills this.
Allow Engravings minimap button to hide via Interface Options.
Print Tombstones offer sync in info and print Engravings visited count.
Reject any sync imports from the future.
