Via the Interface Options page you can set Tombstones to use class icons for their gravesites.
Only see fresh the Tombstones that you care about. Set your filter and when fresh ones come only if they pass your filter will you get alerted about their death. You can disable this via Interface Options -> Tombstones.
Minimap icon will always point to the closest, unvisited, Tombstone and Engraving, and then move to the next closest unvisited marker when you visit it.
Let's be real. This is what we've been missing in WoW. Make your own with "/eng make" or click the Engravings minimap button.

Tombstones can show you if your death was from engaging in World PvP! Along with your killer's name! You can opt out of broadcasting the name of your gankers from Tombstones Interface Options.
Minimap button or "/ts" for main menu! Pick your level of interaction with Tombstones.
You will receive a flavor text warning when you are in range of a mass grave...
If you meet the level range recommendations for the zone you will get full details on deaths in that zone.
See the percentage of death within your proximity.
You can leave Elden Ring-style messages for players using Tombstones! Try it: "/eng make"!
CTRL+Click on a Tombstone to leave flowers at their grave and map ping out to everyone else. You can also see when others leave flowers thru the World Map and minimap button notification.
CTRL+Click markers to give it a +1, ALT+Click to give it a -1. Ratings are held individually. If you are participating in rating this will also show you leaving a flower at their gravesite.
CTRL+ALT+Click to initiate a tally and see what everyone using Tombstones rated it!
Export and import tombstones with encoded strings! Share the good ones with friends and keep them alive with information. "/ts export" and "/ts import" in-game.

You can visit tombstones and get credit for it! (World map markers get a little checkmark on them).
When you are on top of a tombstone your screen will faintly glow blue. If you stop, the tombstone notes and last words will be animated for you.
It's better than F.
If you Shift+Click into the chatbox / editbox, you will generate a hyperlink that others using Tombstones will parse. Clicking on it will show the Tombstone briefly on World Map!
