Enchant icons are back

Every enchant row in the window had worn the same generic icon since 12.0 moved spell textures to a new place. Each row shows its own spell icon again.

/stc stats runs to the end again

The stat-pattern report stopped before it started on 12.0, and once past that it could fail on an equipped item with an empty socket. Both are fixed: the report runs through and prints every pattern.
