Hotfix: items with empty sockets broke the bag view

1.1.19 could fail on any item that has an empty socket. With Baganator installed the bag window came up completely empty; on the default bags and in tooltips the upgrade line simply stopped appearing. Fixed - and the badge is now walled off from Baganator's layout entirely, so a fault in StatCoach can never take a bag addon down with it again.

Everything 1.1.19 added is unchanged and working: the gem hint on empty sockets, the epic/rare gem split, and its switch in the minimap menu.
