v4 – Caged Pets, Animated Sparkle Borders, Flat UI, & Tooltip Enhancements

• Original Problem: Caged battle pets shared an identical item ID, causing individual caged pets to either star every cage or be unidentifiable.
• Update: Identified caged battle pets by species ID rather than the generic Pet Cage item, added a dedicated "Battle Pets" section in the list (with hover icons, descriptions, and sources), and enabled pet sharing and importing.
• Original Problem: Starred tooltips lacked visual distinction on Blizzard's dedicated battle pet frames and chat links.
• Update: Extended star indicators and sparkle borders to BattlePetTooltip (Auction House/Journal) and FloatingBattlePetTooltip (Chat Links), and allowed /star to detect hovered pet tooltips.
• Original Problem: Tooltip borders were static and lacked a customizable visual flair for starred entries.
• Update: Introduced an animated sparkle border featuring twenty orbiting gold stars and a pulsing outline, alongside a /star sparkle toggle command.
• Original Problem: The minimap button hardcoded a fixed radius, broke on square minimap addons, defaulted to screen corners, and lost position across sessions due to TOC save issues.
• Update: Updated the minimap button to dynamically adapt to custom minimap shapes and sizes, fixed character variable persistence in the TOC, and added a /star minimap toggle.
• Original Problem: Tooltip glow effects bled across multiple tooltips simultaneously (such as comparison or chat-link tooltips).
• Update: Isolated tooltip glow frames per individual tooltip instance.
• Original Problem: The user interface relied on default Blizzard frame art, portrait headers, and raid-marker stars.
• Update: Redesigned the main window, scrollbars, dialogs, and minimap icon into a flat dark theme with a flat gold favorite star aesthetic.
• Original Problem: Legacy item data stored as bare numbers failed to render tooltips correctly in modern versions.
• Update: Added an automated database migration to convert legacy data formats into standard item strings on load and import.
