Tooltip rewrite: improved scoring and reporting

- Rewrite tooltip to use EvaluateUpgrade for total character score comparison
- Add derived stat conversions (AGI→Dodge/Crit, INT→Spell Crit) for display
- Add "vs. [Item Name]" line showing which item is being replaced
- Add "EQUIPPED" indicator when hovering your own gear
- Add stat importance ranking (#1, #2, etc.) from weight table
- Add score contribution per stat in tooltip
- Strip enchants AND gems from item links for naked item scoring
- Fix dual-slot comparison for rings/trinkets (compare vs weaker slot)
- Fix GetRatingPercent level scaling (exponential TBC formula)
- Fix Druid Feral Bear AP weight
- Fix nil UpdateImportDialogStatus error in SoftResIntegration
- Disable Fitting Room UI until feature is ready
