Fix healing power not parsed on split heal+damage items, add Shift-hover for equipped item in dungeon panel

Scanner now correctly parses "increases healing done by up to X and damage done by up to Y" tooltip format (e.g. Collar of Command). Previously the greedy pattern lost both stats. Also adds Shift-hover support in the dungeon upgrade panel to preview the currently equipped item, and includes DungeonPanel hide-per-instance checkbox, healing power threshold for non-healers, and whitespace cleanup across class modules.
