Shadowform Alarm is a lightweight World of Warcraft addon for Shadow Priests. It watches your current form and shows a clear on-screen reminder when you are playing Shadow Priest without Shadowform active.

Instead of a boring warning box, you get a centered alert and a proper animated void tentacle judging your life choices.

The addon does not judge you.
