S2RS helps raid auction organizers manage loot auctions, record payments, and distribute proceeds through mail or direct trades. Only the organizer needs the addon; bidders participate through raid chat. The current in-game interface is in Korean.
## Auction management
- Capture raid loot and organize items by boss, with a separate category for manually added bag items.
- Select an item from your bags to add it to the auction list.
- Set a starting bid for each auction. Bid values use units of **10,000 gold**: entering `5` means **50,000 gold**.
- Read bids from raid and instance raid chat, including bids from the organizer.
- Announce the highest bid after an idle period, then begin a configurable countdown. A new valid bid cancels the current countdown and restarts the waiting period.
- Auction identical item variants together while retaining individual list entries. For two matching items, the two highest bidders each pay the second-highest price. With only one bidder, one item is awarded at that bid and the other remains unsold. Items with different bonus variants are kept separate.
- Pause auctions, review bid history, rewind bids, cancel awards, or reset an individual auction.
## Trades and records
- Track matching trades initiated by either the organizer or the winner.
- Click the item icon after opening a trade to place the matching bag item into the trade window.
- Record self-awards without trading with yourself.
- Resolve payment discrepancies using the actual amount received, manual settlement, or forced completion when automatic tracking misses a completed trade.
- Roll back settled awards after manually confirming item returns and refunds. Previous award details remain in the audit history; rollback does not automatically return items or gold.
- Publish interim settlement reports, finish auctions with unsold items remaining, and copy saved auction reports.
## Gold distribution
- Import a party or raid roster, remove recipients, and search known characters when adding recipients manually.
- Review the amount and recipient list before starting mail delivery.
- Plan the first 20 eligible mail recipients separately from overflow recipients and recipients with incompatible realm conditions. This is a planning threshold based on observed behavior, not a guarantee of Blizzard's mail limits or their reset timing.
- Send mail sequentially after each success event, with a short delay before the next recipient.
- Move confirmed mail failures to separate handling and stop the automatic batch for review.
- Offer per-recipient direct trade, manual completion, and eligible mail retry actions. Retrying returns a recipient to the mail queue; it does not automatically send the mail.
- Group separate-payout recipients into other raid subgroups and restore the previous arrangement when available. Raid leader or assistant permissions are required.
- Use linked mplus4guild character information to identify eligible alternate mail recipients when available.
- Keep character-specific auction and payout records with copy and deletion controls.
