QuietUI

A small feature release since 0.12.0: Modern chat can now keep its tabs above the chat.

Added

• Tabs: Bottom or Top (Modern chat, /quiet setup → Misc.): a new Tabs choice next to Fade after. Bottom (the default) keeps the 0.12.0 behavior, with the tab row below the chat. Top leaves the tabs at Blizzard's own place above the chat. Either way, the tabs stay hidden until you hover the chat or the tab row, and a tab with new messages still glows until you read it. The choice is saved with your presets.

Fixed

• The Tabs stepper switches between Bottom and Top from either arrow, and its value lines up with Fade after.
