1.5.2: Classic caveat, secret tooltip ids, token placeholders
Classic progress no longer claims it is showing the opening text when the record only has an objective. Secret tooltip ids are gated before truthiness. Classic GetSpell reads name/rank/id. MultiLanguage {name} tokens become <name>. The base addon is wired if it loads after the panel exists.
