- Recompiled the static databases, and apparently some areas were changed too.
- Added '4.0.6' as a recognized version of WoW to the compile_db script.
- Gracefully handle being unable to load the database AddOns, i.e., because the user disabled them.
- Made all the database AddOns depend on QuestHelper2.
