Added scaling and font settings to Raid warrning frame.

Fixed bug with minimap strata.

Issues:
Chat tab text (General and Combatlog) can sometimes get stuck in it's "click position" after moving dockframe.
Docked tabs settings doesn't update on Resize Dockframe.
