- Added a generic function to move/change position of frames.  
- Changed MoveAlertFrame to use generic move function. 
- Worldmap functions has been moved to it's own file.

- Added functionality to Worldmap function:
     - Position after moving in game is now persistent during session.
     - Scaled to 80% of original size.
     - Maximized Worldmap blackout background has been removed.
     - Worldmap is now automatically hidden when entering combat.
