Qbrick's UI Tweeks

Updated the FixChatFrames Function, to better handle the tab modification.

Reduced the ammount of events to trigger FixChatFrames() witch produce less overhead.
Tab switching should now be a lot smother.

Issues:
Chat tab text (General and Combat Log) can sometimes get stuck in it's "clicked position" after moving dock.
