    Add options panel and popup settings

    - Added quick popup options panel (click button on character frame)
    - Added full addon options panel in Interface settings
    - Options: toggle enchant text, side indicators, quality icons, socket indicators
    - Options: configure indicator and text positions (inside/outside character)
    - Side indicators now positioned outside equipment slots
    - Fixed weapon text positions (main hand left, off hand right)
    - Socket indicators mirrored on right-side slots
