Somehow version 1.3 was removed, I belive it was when curse's site was rolled back. 1.3 is availible again. (it fixed the error that silver posted)

The mod defaults to instant quest pop-up. So if you prefer fast scrolling, then type "/qts instant", then set the speed of your choice, if you don't know what speed to use, try 150. "/qts set 150" (You only need to set it once, the mod will save the speed for all of your characters)

Installation:
Copy all the files to World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\QuestTextSpeed
(create the directories if they do not exist)

Usage:
/qts help shows help
/qts status shows current status
/qts instant toggles instant quest speed that everyone loves
/qts set <num> sets speed to <num> (default is 40, try 150 for a nice fast speed)
