4.02: added set page (was missing :( ) changed command for set page (removed page=) internal changes (states for visibility) experimental keybinding (beware: confusing, will not display the bound key!)

Known Bugs with this version: changing pages with keys in combat not possible right now page number set with switchbuttons will not be remembered the bound key will not be shown in blizzards keybinding window, these are used to get the key which is then used for a SetBindingClick binding (the only one I got working in combat with action buttons). Because the button is imediatley rebound, it will not show up in the bindings window. Userfriendly keybindings are missing and will come in release 4.10.
