- fixed display bug with client 2.2

- changed toc to match new client 2.2

Known Bugs since 4.02 (I still do not know why they occur):

- Gemini not usable in some setups

- Help flowing out of chat window

- scrolling removes bar from screen in some setups

- if scrolling removed bars, only restart will bring them back again
